Reimbursement of Teacher's Expense for Attendance at Workshops/Conferences. a. A teacher who requests a conference leave shall file such request with the appropriate administrator no later than three (3) weeks prior to the conference. Reimbursement for approved expenses incurred while attending an approved conference will be allowed as listed in the following schedule, provided that the teacher submits receipts and an itemized claim:
