Reimbursements for Expenses. Attorney shall keep accurate records of all costs, travel, and expenses. These records shall be made available to the City upon reasonable request. The City will reimburse actual, reasonable, and necessary out of pocket expenses incurred by Attorney in performing any services under this Agreement as follows:
Reimbursements for Expenses. Executive is --------------------------- authorized to incur reasonable expenses in the performance of his duties hereunder, including without limitation, country club dues (up to $8,500 per year), expenses for travel and similar items related to such duties. The Company also shall pay or reimburse Executive up to $5,000 per year for financial consulting services. The Company shall reimburse Executive or pay for all such expenses upon presentation by Executive from time to time of an itemized account of such expenditures.   • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
