Reinstatement of Employee. Employees wishing to return to work after maternity and/or parental leave shall notify the Employer, in writing, at least four (4) weeks in advance of their return. On return from maternity and/or parental leave, the employee shall be placed in their former or comparable classification and shift schedule at the same salary level.
