REJECTION OF PROBATIONER FOLLOWING PROMOTION. Any employee rejected during the probationary period following appointment to a higher classification shall be reinstated to the position from which he/she was appointed unless charges are filed and he/she is discharged in the manner provided in Article XIII of the City Charter and the Personnel Rules. Rejection during probation is not subject to the grievance procedure included within this Memorandum of Understanding.‌

REJECTION OF PROBATIONER FOLLOWING PROMOTION. Any employee who fails to satisfactorily complete the probationary period following a promotion shall be reinstated to his former position. If a separation is necessary as a result of the employee’s return, the layoff procedure (Rule VII, Section 3) shall be followed.

  • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

  • Rejection of Proposals The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal or any part thereof which it determines to best serve the needs of the County and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals.   • Initiation of TIPS Sales When a public entity initiates a purchase with Vendor, if the Member inquires verbally or in writing whether Vendor holds a TIPS Contract, it is the duty of the Vendor to verify whether the Member is seeking a TIPS purchase. Once verified, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract Number on all purchase communications and sales documents exchanged with the TIPS Member.

  • COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT The District and the Union agree that this contract is complete. There shall be no additions to or deletions from the content of any Articles and there shall be no Articles added except by mutual agreement by the Board and the Union.   • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
