Release for Incapacity. (a) Where the Corporation intends to release an employee for incapacity, it shall notify the employee in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance and transmit a (b) If a grievance is submitted prior to the end of the thirty (30) calendar day period mentioned hereinabove, the employee shall not be released until the grievance has been settled or disposed of by the arbitrator.
