Reference Design definition

Reference Design means the system level circuit board design, including […***…], developed by ST pursuant to this Agreement to demonstrate the functionality of the Products.
Reference Design means the Gerber files and other computer code provided to you by Atheros during the Term that provide a reference design for boards incorporating a Component.
Reference Design means the Gerber files, schematics, and other computer code provided to LICENSEE by QTIL during the Term (defined below) that accommodates and/or includes a Component.

More Definitions of Reference Design

Reference Design means specifications and technical drawings that are generally similar in layout and arrangement and which are sized in waste throughput typical of U.S. applications of the L-B Equipment. "Reimbursements" shall mean those payments to a Party set forth in Section 4.2(b). "Tranquilization Chamber" shall mean the stationary chamber which surrounds the oscillating cell and which receives the combustion gases from the cell and directs them to a heat recovery boiler.
Reference Design means the design for the Reference Phone provided by Elektrobit under this Agreement.

Reference Design means any recommendation by either Party to use its semiconductor integrated circuits in connection with one or more of the other Party's semiconductor integrated circuits; such recommendation can be in the form of schematics, a list of components or any other publication in which a Party endorses the use of its products in conjunction with the other Party's products or technology.
Reference Design means a cable modem reference design product which incorporates (a) a cable modem chip designed and marketed by Broadcom and commercially available from Broadcom as of the Effective Date and (b) a cable modem tuner of Microtune’s choice.
