Relief Paratransit Dispatchers. a. Employees who work in a relief capacity as Relief Paratransit Dispatcher shall be paid at the first step of the Paratransit Dispatcher pay range until they have accumulated one thousand forth (1,040) hours in that capacity. After one thousand forty (1,040) hours as a Relief Paratransit Dispatcher, said employees will move to the second step of the Paratransit Dispatcher pay range. Subsequent step increases will occur after each two thousand eighty (2,080) hours worked in a relief capacity.
