Relocations. When an employee is permanently reassigned or transferred to a new work location thirty-five (35) or more miles away from his/her present work location to accommodate the State's operational needs, he/she shall be reimbursed for actual reasonable and necessary moving expenses by common carrier. If the State requires an employee to live in a specific zone or district after initial assignment, the employee will be reimbursed for actual reasonable and necessary moving expenses by common carrier.
