Remote Area Package. This package introduced a set of allowances and conditions for employees in schools which currently receive a location allowance as prescribed in subclause (1) of Schedule 2 of this Agreement.
Remote Area Package. 28.1. The RFDS (Qld Section) acknowledges that many of its employees need to reside in rural and remote locations across Queensland. To attract and retain quality employees across these locations the RFDS (Qld Section) has developed a policy to provide benefits. This policy will be reviewed by the organisation, in consultation with the Human Resources Advisory Group, annually prior to 1 July each year.
Remote Area Package. (a) Commencing 1 February 2010, Employees of rural and remote schools (Groups 2 to 6), are eligible to receive the annual financial incentive per year of service as payable to WA Catholic teachers. (b) Employees in Groups 4, 5 & 6 Remote Area Package schools accrue their Long Service Leave entitlement at twice the standard prescribed rate, whilst remaining the Employee of those schools.

  • Advertisement on Project Highway The Project Highway or any part thereof shall not be used in any manner to advertise any commercial product or services.

  • ADJACENT EXCAVATION-SHORING If an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to the demised premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the demised premises for the purpose of doing such work as said person shall deem necessary to preserve the wall or the building of which demised premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations without any claim for damages or indemnity against Owner, or diminution or abatement of rent.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.
