Remote configuration. Managing devices remotely from a client helps to configure any device with a centralized interface and a unique PC. Nethunter architecture does not allow the clients to have any direct interaction with final devices. Remote configuration allows you to load and save each device settings from any client with few simple steps. Each device will display different parameters on this section. Please, refer to each device manual to understand all its available parameters. When a device is selected there are some available options (buttons) to manage its settings resources: Load from device Get the device configuration parameters. This option must be done before checking or administering device parameters. Otherwise the device parameters will be in a disabled status. Save to device After administering parameters you need to send them to the device in order to be applied. Export to file Trough this option it is possible to backup a device parameters list. It is required to “Load from device” first. (Not available in NVVR) Import from file Option to restore settings that are recorded through the “Save to file” option. (Not available in NVVR) After saving the configuration to a specific device, it will be applied. Some devices may have different behaviors after applying new settings (no effect, restart, …) it is recommended to check the specific device documentation to be sure that it will not have any unexpected result.

Remote configuration. Remot Configuration Service is an optional service available upon Customer’s request. If choosing Remote Configuration, Customer must report detected CPE failures and provide information to Verizon or its designated point of contact (“Verizon or its Designees”) that is necessary or useful for Verizon to perform its obligations, including any information Verizon or its Designees specifically request. Neither Verizon nor its Designees is responsible or liable for Customer’s document files or for data or files lost during the performance of the Private IP Service. Upon Customer’s acceptance of the implementation of Private IP Service by Verizon, Customer will be fully responsible for maintenance and management of Private IP Service.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Customer Support and Training System Agency will provide support for the CMBHS, including problem tracking and problem resolution. System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training. Grantee shall provide subsequent ongoing end-user training.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Hardware NCR Voyix may offer you the option to purchase or subscribe to Hardware. Hardware provided may not be new but may be like-new, except for Hardware purchased from NCR Voyix, which will be new. Delivery of the Hardware will be made to your designated Licensed Site(s). All Hardware purchased by you directly from NCR Voyix or from a Reseller for use in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, includes a standard 30-day non-transferable warranty against defects in manufacture, beginning on the date of purchase. Damage from wear and tear, misuse and other factors are not covered.

  • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.
