Remote Work. An employee’s written request to the immediate supervisor, and a copy to the chief human resource officer or designee to work remotely will be approved or denied based on the operating needs of the University, and pursuant to the University remote work policy. All requests will be responded to within fourteen (14) calendar days. If the request is denied, the University will provide, in writing, the specific operational needs used as a basis for the denial. An approved remote work agreement may be rescinded in writing based on the operating needs of the University.
