Common use of Remote Work Clause in Contracts

Remote Work. A.9.5.1 An employee on remote work may after two months’ continuous service and thereafter at two monthly intervals return to his/her home for an agreed period and shall be paid the fares reasonably incurred in so travelling to his/her home and the place of work. Provided, however, that if the work upon which the employee is engaged will be completed within fourteen days after the expiration of any such period of two months, as hereinbefore mentioned, then the provisions of this sub- clause shall not be applicable.
