RENTAL MANAGEMENT. 25.1 The Seller hereby consents that the Property may be let to a suitable tenant with effect from the Completion Date if the Purchaser does not intend occupying the Property himself.
RENTAL MANAGEMENT. The Seller hereby consents that the Property may be let to a suitable tenant with effect from the Completion Date if the Purchaser does not intend occupying the Property himself. The Purchaser hereby appoints the Independent Property Inspector as its sole and exclusive agent to procure and place tenants in the Property and act as his rental agent for a period of 3 (three) years from the Completion Date on the terms and conditions of the Independent Property Inspector’s standard rental management agreement from time to time.

If completion date is prior to transfer date and the Purchaser does not intend occupying the Property himself, the Independent Property Inspector is appointed as sole and exclusive agent to procure and place tenants in the Property and act as his rental agent from the Completion Date on the terms and conditions of the Independent Property Inspector’s standard rental management agreement from time to time. Initial 25 COMPANY / CLOSE CORPORATION / TRUST In the event of the Purchaser being a Company, Close Corporation or a Trust, the person signing this Agreement on behalf of the Purchaser shall be deemed to have bound himself/herself/themselves as surety(ies) and co-principal debtor(s) for all the obligations of the Purchaser (and, if applicable, jointly and severally with any other persons signing this Agreement on behalf of the Purchaser), such surety(ies) hereby renouncing the benefits of excussion and division the effect of which he/she/they acknowledge himself/ herself/ themselves to be aware of.
RENTAL MANAGEMENT. Owner agrees Manager will withhold from gross rent a management commission of 20% of rent on all rental bookings.

RENTAL MANAGEMENT. THE OWNER may rent his unit directly at any time, as long as there is availability for the required dates, that he respects the final rental prices agreed in this contract, that he only uses the HOMEBELIKE platform to make the reservation and the blocking of consequent dates, the reservation being charged the service fee to THE CLIENT (service fee) that HOMEBELIKE charges the CLIENT in each rental for the services offered. THE OWNER may not at any time rent or lease THE PROPERTY through third parties other than HOMEBELIKE, but will direct them to register as commissionable agents of HOMEBELIKE so that they can rent THE PROPERTY on a constant basis. THE OWNER may not use the "owner use" times for rental purposes for third parties, under the understanding that they are guests or for personal use. In case of verifying that this practice is happening, this agreement may be canceled automatically. THE OWNER will authorize HOMEBELIKE so that, in their judgment and reasonable criteria, they may approve the interested parties who request the PROPERTY for rent and confirm the reservation. HOMEBELIKE will maintain contact and information with the clients who rent THE PROPERTY.
RENTAL MANAGEMENT. 5.8.1 The Seller agrees that the Unit may be let to a suitable tenant on behalf of the Purchaser from the date upon which the Purchaser shall be entitled to occupation of the Unit in terms of the Agreement.
