Rental Rules & Regulations. (a) Guest agrees to abide by all applicable house rules during the rental period. (b) Guest acknowledges they are also responsible for the conduct of all guests during their stay. (c) No smoking is allowed indoors including tobacco products, marijuana or vaping. (d) No animals are allowed inside the home. If animals are brought into the home, the rental agreement shall be terminated without refund and the Guest will be responsible for a $300 deep cleaning fee. (e) Parties and events are not permitted without prior consent of the Host. (f) Guest shall not make any alterations or modifications to the Property and will notify Host concerning any repairs and not attempt to repair appliances, cabinets, doors, windows or structures without consent of host. (g) Guest shall maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition during their stay and shall be responsible for any damages caused. (h) Guest agrees to allow Host to perform required maintenance such as snow removal, lawn maintenance or brush removal on property during their stay without prior consent. (i) Guest agrees to cooperate with any request for indoor inspections at the discretion of the Host provided that a minimum of 6 hours notice is provided to the Guest of an indoor inspection. Any situation in which an emergency is perceived or if a maintenance issue requires immediate attention, the Guest shall provide immediate and full access to the entire Property. Host shall give Guest notice of entry immediately before if possible and immediately after if possible. (j) The home is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels & wash cloths. A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on Guest departure is included but no cleaning service is provided during a Guest’s stay. Guest is responsible that all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags, and dirty dishes and cooking utensils are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. (k) The home is provided with a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. The Host does not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. (l) Guest acknowledges that no special efforts have been made to childproof the home and accepts risks to any children the Guest allows on the property. A photo copy of your Mastercard or Visa card is also required for any possible damages/charges above & beyond the initial $350. Within 21 days after the lease expiration the deposit will be refunded to you and your photo copy of your Credit Card will be shredded if the following rules are met:
Rental Rules & Regulations. Violation of any of these terms is grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and eviction without any recourse or claims against the Owner. The Guest will be subject to specified and unspecified penalties, restitution, and legal liability at the sole and unfettered discretion of the Owner including, but not limited to, a forfeiture of the entire amount paid in consideration of the Agreement. Any such penalties may be charged to the supplied credit card and/or become immediately due upon invoice from the Owner. Unspecified criminal charges or third party legal liability may also result.
