Security Fee. A security fee has already been factored into the Facility Usage Fees for all locations at York High School. For all K through 8 locations, a security fee of $20.00 per hour will be added to any rental that has more than 50 attendees. Some examples of K-8 rentals that may require a security charge are: games, tournaments, plays and dance recitals. Security Fee. An additional fee will be charged where the Facilities will be in use by a Client before or after ordinary operating hours for the Library branch in question or at such other times when such Library branch is not open to the public (a “Security Fee”). A Security Fee may also be charged for Sunday rentals, and rentals at such other times when security personnel are not regularly scheduled. The Security Fee payable by a Client will vary on a case by case basis, depending on the date and duration of the Event, as determined by the Library in its sole discretion. The current fee schedule for the Security Fee is attached to the Rental Agreement as Schedule B.
Security Fee. (a) The Customer agrees to pay Distributor the Security Fee specified in item 16 of Schedule 1 within 30 days of the Commencement Date.
(b) Subject to clause 5.4(d), the Distributor will hold the Security Fee for the SF Term.
(c) If the Customer ceases to operate, the Distributor may in its absolute discretion retain the balance of any Security Fee held by Distributor.
(d) Subject to clause 5.4(e) during the SF Term, if the Actual Electricity Consumption is equal to, or exceeds the Anticipated Electricity Consumption in a SF Year, the Distributor will within 30 Business Days of the expiry of the relevant SF Year, rebate to the Customer 20% of the Security Fee with interest. Interest is payable annually on the rebate amount plus any balance of the Security Fee held by the Distributor.
(e) During the SF Term, if there is a Shortfall in a SF Year, the Distributor will reduce the rebate payable for the relevant SF Year by the Shortfall expressed as a percentage of the Anticipated Electricity Consumption. Interest is not payable on the amount of the reduction of any rebate. The interest rate is based on the average monthly 90 day Bank Accepted Bill rate published by the Reserve Bank of Australia, less 0.25%, from the date Distributor receives the Security Fee.
Security Fee. 11.1. NuPay may, in its sole discretion, insure and replace all Terminals (excluding Mobile Terminals) at a monthly fee (“Security Fee”) as set out in the NuPay SLA signed by the Merchant’s duly authorized signatories. An administration and reinstallation fee as set out in the NuPay SLA signed by the Merchant’s duly authorized signatories, will be payable on the loss of any Terminal.
11.2. Failing clause 11.1 above NuPay will request the Merchant to insure any Mobile Terminal received from NuPay, and NuPay may, in its sole discretion, request the Merchant to produce proof of such insurance at any time.
11.3. The Merchant shall notify NuPay within a period of 7 (seven) days in writing, by email, or by means of facsimile, of any damage to or loss of any Terminal.
11.4. If the Mobile Terminal is lost, stolen, or destroyed and in the case of 11.2 above the Merchant’s insurer refuses to accept the claim for any reason, then NuPay reserves the right to recover the cost of repairing or replacing the Terminal from the Merchant.
11.5. If any terminal is lost, stolen, or destroyed due to negligence on behalf of the merchant, then NuPay reserves the right to recover the cost of repairing or replacing the Terminal from the Merchant.
