Common use of REPATRIATION LEAVE Clause in Contracts

REPATRIATION LEAVE. Upon the production of evidence satisfactory to the Company, an employee who is entitled to supervision by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs shall be entitled to be paid the employee’s ordinary rate of pay, provided that the Company shall be obliged to make such payments on not more than 4 occasions in any year and payment is not to exceed 4 hours’ pay on each occasion.
