Prior Actions definition

Prior Actions. All prior charges, complaints, grievances, discharges, reprimands and other disciplinary actions before the signing of the Agreement shall not be subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

If either the City or the Union desire to modify, amend, or terminate this Contract at its normal expiration date, official notice of such desire must be given in writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date. Following receipt of such notice, unless there is a mutual agreement to the contrary, the City and the Union shall commence negotiations.
