Common use of Report Pay Clause in Contracts

Report Pay. In the event an employee is requested to report for other than his/her normal schedule, he/she shall be paid at least two hours (2) pay.

Report Pay. In the event an employee is required or requested to report for other than his/her normal schedule, he/she shall be paid at least two hours (2) hours pay at his/her applicable rate of pay.

B. This provision shall not apply for reporting early or staying over the normal schedule.

If the amount of time worked is less than two hours (2) payhours, the employee will receive a minimum of two (2) hours of pay at time and a half.
