As both PIs and central office personnel log into the system, they can immediately see where the proposals are in the process through the “Dashboard” concept, which provides a visual snapshot of all proposals appropriate to the individual and where they are in the proposal process. y. This is part of the extensive and detailed workflow management system, which is configured for your institution. z. There is extensive capacity for comments. There is limited ability to constrain viewing of comments, but more sensitive commentary can be included on attached documents, which have fine‐grained access permissions. aa. Describe the system’s standard reporting and ad hoc reporting capabilities available to central office and distributed departments across an institution for both proposals and awards. There is extensive standard reporting available out of the box. There are around 50 standard reports that address pre‐ and post‐award activity. The standard reports contain a large amount of data and can easily be exported to Excel for manipulation and editing if desired. bb. Describe the reporting tool used or recommended to be used to perform standard or ad hoc reporting. You can use any external reporting tool that can query a standard database file. Crystal Reports and Jasper Reports are two commonly used tools. Data can be accessed from the Cayuse 424 and Cayuse SP databases. cc.   • Reporting and Recordkeeping The ownership of the property whether securities, cash and/or other property, and whether held by the Custodian or a subcustodian or in a depository, clearing agency or clearing system, shall be clearly recorded on the Custodian's books as belonging to the Series and not for the Custodian's own interest. Where certificates are legended or otherwise not fungible with publicly traded certificates (and in other cases where the Custodian and the Series may agree), the Series reserves the right to instruct the Custodian as to the name only in which such securities shall be registered and the Custodian, to the extent reasonably practicable, shall comply with such Instructions; provided, however, if the Custodian reasonably determines that compliance with such Instructions is not reasonably practicable or otherwise may conflict with applicable law, rule or regulation, the Custodian shall promptly notify the Series and shall comply with reasonable alternatives as to which the parties may agree. The Custodian shall keep accurate and detailed accounts of all investments, receipts, disbursements and other transactions for the Series. All accounts, books and records of the Custodian relating thereto shall be open to inspection and audit at all reasonable times during normal business hours of the Custodian by any person designated by the Series. All such books, records and accounts shall be maintained and preserved in the form reasonably requested by the Series and in accordance with the Act and the Rules and Regulations thereunder, including, without limitation, Section 31 thereof and Rule 31a-1 and 31a-2 thereunder. All books, records and accounts pertaining to the Series, which are in the possession of the Custodian, shall be the property of the Fund and such materials or (unless the delivery of original materials is required pursuant to applicable law) legible copies thereof in a format reasonably acceptable to the Fund, shall be surrendered promptly upon request; provided, however, that the Custodian shall be entitled to retain a copy or the original of any such books, records and accounts as may be required or permitted by applicable law and the Custodian's own policies and procedures. The Custodian will supply to the Series from time to time, as mutually agreed upon, a statement in respect to any property of the Series held by the Custodian or by a subcustodian.

  • Reporting Status; Listing So long as this Agreement remains in effect, and for so long as Lender owns, legally or beneficially, any of the Facility Fee Shares or other shares of Common Stock, the Borrower shall: (i) file in a timely manner all reports required to be filed under the Securities Act, the Exchange Act or any securities laws and regulations thereof applicable to the Borrower of any state of the United States, or by the rules and regulations of the Principal Trading Market, and, to provide a copy thereof to the Lender promptly after such filing; (ii) not terminate its status as an issuer required to file reports under the Exchange Act even if the Exchange Act or the rules and regulations thereunder would otherwise permit such termination; (iii) if required by the rules and regulations of the Principal Trading Market, promptly secure the listing of the Facility Fee Shares and any other shares of the Borrower’s Common Stock issuable to Lender under any Loan Documents upon the Principal Trading Market (subject to official notice of issuance) and, take all reasonable action under its control to maintain the continued listing, quotation and trading of its Common Stock on the Principal Trading Market, and the Borrower shall comply in all respects with the Borrower’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Principal Trading Market, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. and such other Governmental Authorities, as applicable. The Borrower shall promptly provide to Lender copies of any notices it receives from the SEC or any Principal Trading Market, to the extent any such notices could in any way have or be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Keeping and Status of Records 8.1 R ecords Created as Part of RGS’ Performance. All final versions of reports, data, maps, models, charts, studies, surveys, photographs, memoranda, plans, studies, specifications, records, files, or any other documents or materials, in electronic or any other form, that RGS prepares or obtains pursuant to this Agreement and that relate to the matters covered hereunder shall be the property of Agency. RGS hereby agrees to deliver those documents to Agency upon termination of the Agreement, if requested. It is understood and agreed that the documents and other materials, including but not limited to those described above, prepared pursuant to this Agreement are prepared specifically for Agency and are not necessarily suitable for any future or other use.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”. b. The AGENCY agrees to permit persons duly authorized by the COUNTY to interview any clients and all current and/or former employees of the AGENCY to be assured of the AGENCY’S satisfactory performance of the terms of this Contract. c. Following such evaluation, monitoring, and/or audit, the COUNTY will deliver a report of its findings and recommendations with regard to the AGENCY’S conformance with this Contract’s terms and conditions to the AGENCY and/or Board of Directors’ President, and members, whenever applicable. If deficiencies are noted, a written notice of corrective action will be issued to the AGENCY which will specify deficiencies and provide a timeline for correction of those deficiencies. Within the designated timeframe in the written notice of corrective action, the AGENCY shall submit to the COUNTY’S CCC manager (“Manager”), or their designee, a corrective action plan to rectify all deficiencies identified by the COUNTY. d. Failure by the AGENCY to correct noted deficiencies, as outlined in the written notice of corrective action, may result in the AGENCY being deemed in breach of the Contract terms. e. The AGENCY shall cooperate with the COUNTY on all reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable COUNTY guidelines and requirements for general fund recipients.
