REPORTING IN. An employee is required to attend his scheduled shifts. When unable to attend, the employee must contact his direct manager or supervisor as far in advance as possible of the scheduled start time, giving the reason he is unable to attend work.

REPORTING IN. 11:01 An employee reporting for work at his/her regular starting time shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. This will not apply under the following conditions: (a) If notice not to report has been given at least six (6) hours in advance of the regular starting hour to the employee's last known address as shown on Company records, (b) If an employee's work is not available as a result of circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control including, but without limiting, the generality of the foregoing, damage caused to the Company's premises or any part thereof resulting from fire, lightning, flood, earthquake or power failure. (c) When an employee has been absent and such absence exceeds three working days, unless he/she has informed the Company of his/her intended return by no later than 12:00 Noon on his/her regularly scheduled work day immediately prior to the day on which he/she expects to return to work. 11:02 For the purposes of clause 11:01 above, if the employee is paid reporting pay in lieu of work assignment, s/he shall be paid at the regular hourly rate for his/her regular work. 11:03 An employee called in outside of his/her scheduled hours shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours work at his/her regular applicable rate except in the case of an employee called in on a Sunday. S/he shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours pay at his/her regular hourly rate.
REPORTING IN. Employees who report for a shift or an overtime shift, and are prevented from working due to lack of supervision, shall be required to wait thirty (30) minutes beyond their starting time before leaving the premises. If there is no supervision at the end of the thirty (30) minute period, the employee shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the overtime rate or their regular rate whichever is applicable. Also if an employee is unable to continue to work due to another employee not being able to attend to work or being able to remain at work will not suffer any loss in pay due to this situation. The employer will make every reasonable effort to find a replacement for the worker who could not attend to work or remain at work
REPORTING IN. Employees who report for work at the beginning of their regular scheduled shift shall be provided with a minimum of four (4) hours’ work or pay at their applicable rate, as long as: (a) The employee or a responsible member of their family, have not been notified at least two (2) hours prior to the commencement of their regular scheduled shift that they should not report. (b) Unavailability of work is not caused by flood, fire, storm, power failure, major mechanical breakdown, strikes, acts of nature, national emergencies, or other causes beyond the control of the company. (c) They do not leave work on their own accord at any time during the four (4) hour period. (d) The employee signs a voluntary waiver, rejecting the opportunity to work the four
REPORTING IN. When an employee not having been instructed otherwise, reports for work on the shift to which is assigned, shall be given a minimum of four (4) hours work at base rate plus cost of living, plus shift premium or pay for any part of the four hours plus cost of living not worked. Provided the Company takes all reasonable steps to notify the employee or employees not to report for work, the Company shall be relieved of its duty to an employee or employees as aforesaid when lack of work is due to any one or more of the following causes: Fire, flood, labour dispute, failure of power or other cause beyond the control of the Company, provided however, that if there is work available in the plant on a subsequent the employee may exercise his seniority rights on a plant wide basis as outlined in Article of this agreement.
REPORTING IN. An employee shall be required to report to their Manager unless specifically instructed otherwise prior to the commencement of the shift, to report sickness, unless the expected total period of absence has already been made known to the Employer.

  • Reporting Compliance The Company is subject to, and is in full compliance in all material respects with, the reporting requirements of Section 13 and Section 15(d), as applicable, of the Exchange Act.

  • Accounting and Financial Reporting 7.1 The Trustee shall maintain separate records and ledger accounts in respect of the Contributions deposited in the Trust Fund account and disbursements to Partner Entities made therefrom. 7.2 The Trustee shall furnish to the Donors current financial information relating to receipts, disbursements and fund balance in United States dollars of the Trust Fund with respect to the Contributions via the World Bank’s Trust Funds Donor Center secure website. Within six (6) months after all commitments and liabilities under the Trust Fund have been satisfied and the Trust Fund has been closed, the final financial information relating to receipts, disbursements and fund balance in United States dollars of the Trust Fund with respect to the Contributions will be made available to the Donors via the World Bank’s Trust Funds Donor Center secure website. 7.3 The Trustee shall provide to the Donors, within six (6) months following the end of each Trustee fiscal year, an annual single audit report, comprising: (a) a management assertion together with an attestation from the Trustee’s external auditors concerning the adequacy of internal control over cash-based financial reporting for all cash-based trust funds as a whole; and (b) a combined financial statement for all cash-based trust funds together with the Trustee’s external auditor’s opinion thereon. The cost of the single audit shall be borne by the Trustee. 7.4 If a Donor wishes to request, on an exceptional basis, a financial statement audit by the Trustee’s external auditors of the Trust Fund, the Donor and the Trustee shall first consult as to whether such an external audit is necessary. The Trustee and the Donor shall agree on the appropriate scope and terms of reference of such audit. Following agreement on the scope and terms of reference, the Trustee shall arrange for such external audit. The costs of any such audit, including the internal costs of the Trustee with respect to such audit, shall be paid by the requesting Donor. 7.5 The Trustee shall furnish the Steering Committee and each Donor with: (a) copies of all unaudited or audited financial reports; and (b) any other relevant financial information received from the Partner Entities.
