Common use of Reporting of Absence on Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Absence on Sick Leave. 1. Where an employee is to be absent for reasons that entitle him to sick leave, his supervisor shall be notified a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour prior to the employee's starting time.
