Reporting of Accumulated Sick Leave Credits. Upon the request of the employee, but not more frequently than quarterly, the Employer shall advise the employee of the amount of sick leave credits accumulated by the employee, within two weeks of the request. The Employer will provide a quarterly report to the Union outlining employee’s balance of sick leave credits. 23.11 a) Sick leave credits for a full-time employee shall be eleven (11) non- cumulative working days each year.
