REPRESENTATIVES AND COMMITTEES. 9.01 The Employer agrees to recognize one (1) Representative of the Union and one (1) alternate for the purpose of conducting Union business. This is not limited to dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews. 9.02 The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the names of its Union Representatives for all purposes under the Collective Agreement. The Union will notify the Employer of any changes of such personnel before the Employer shall be required to recognize them. 9.03 The Employer agrees to give representatives of the Ontario Nurses' Association access to the premises of the Employer for the purpose of attending grievance meetings or any other meetings with the Employer, provided that prior arrangements are made with the Employer. Such representatives shall have access to the premises only with the approval of the Employer, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
