Representatives of Canadian Union. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Executive Director of the Employer. Such representative may be granted access to the Employer's premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance where such grievance has proceeded to Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure.
