Representatives of Canadian Union. (a) The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when meeting with the Employer. (b) If access to the Employer's premises is required by representatives of CUPE for purposes of meetings other than with the Employer, the prior approval of the Employer must be obtained.
