Common use of Representatives of Canadian Union Clause in Contracts

Representatives of Canadian Union. The negotiating committee shall be entitled to have present and be represented by a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees at all negotiation meetings between the Union and the Corporation. The representative shall be recognized as having the right to advise and assist the Union negotiating committee and the right to speak, bargain and negotiate on their behalf.
