Requested Personnel. The proposed project is initially planned for a two year period for one senior postdoctoral fellow (Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxx) who will dedicate 100% of his time to the project. Xx Xxxxxxxxxxxxx will be based at the Institute of Virology, University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna and will be responsible for managing and coordinating the research activities at the Institute of Virology and the LudwigMaximillian-University, Munich, to ensure the successful running of the project. He will also undertake the molecular and cellular biological analysis at the Institute of Virology, University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna. He will be responsible for the preparation of scientific manuscripts and progress reports, as well as preparation of publications at scientific meetings. Salary is also requested for two research assistants at the Institute of Virology, University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna. It is estimated that X. Xxxxxx, who is responsible for housing and feeding of animals at the Institute of Virology, University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, will dedicate a total of 24 hours to the project. Mag. H. Petznek, who will conduct the animal studies at the Institute of Virology, University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, will dedicate approximately 60 hours to the proposed project.   • Adviser Personnel All investment personnel of the Adviser, when and to the extent engaged in providing investment advisory services and managerial assistance hereunder, and the compensation and routine overhead expenses of such personnel allocable to such services, shall be provided and paid for by the Adviser and not by the Company.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Receiving Party Personnel The receiving Party will limit access to the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party to those of its employees, attorneys and contractors that have a need to know such information in order for the receiving Party to exercise or perform its rights and obligations under this Agreement (the “Receiving Party Personnel”). The Receiving Party Personnel who have access to any Confidential Information of the disclosing Party will be made aware of the confidentiality provision of this Agreement, and will be required to abide by the terms thereof. Any third party contractors that are given access to Confidential Information of a disclosing Party pursuant to the terms hereof shall be required to sign a written agreement pursuant to which such Receiving Party Personnel agree to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement, which written agreement will expressly state that it is enforceable against such Receiving Party Personnel by the disclosing Party.

  • Sales Representatives Schedule 3.18.(c) contains a list of all sales representatives of Company, together with true, correct and complete copies of all sales representative contracts and policy statements, and a description of all substantial modifications or exceptions.

  • The Services Custodian shall provide to the Funds the services described in Exhibit A attached hereto (which services are hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).   • Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.
