Requests for Paid Time Off. Each Department will maintain their current requirement of represented employees to request paid time off either three (3) or five (5) days in advance of the date of requested paid time off (ie: vacation, floating holidays, and in-lieu days) as currently established in each City department. If the notice is timely and operational staffing requirements are covered, the employee will be granted the requested paid time off. Paid time off will be granted according to seniority. License Renewal and Medical Examinations Covered employees will be given paid time off for license renewals and medical examinations that are required as a condition of employment. Parking Assigned parking will be provided at work locations where it is currently provided as available. In addition, SFGH parking agreement is included as attached. Effective 7/1/2013, MTA employees shall be required to pay for their own parking based on fees established by MTA.
