Required Conferences and Meetings. The Contractor shall be required to attend administrative and coordination meetings. Meetings will be as often as necessary at the discretion of the KO, but not less than monthly. A mutual effort will be made to resolve all problems identified. The Government reserves the right to bring other Government representatives to any meeting(s). At a minimum the Project Manager, Quality Manager, and Site Safety and Health Officer will attend meetings.
