Common use of Required Observation Conference Clause in Contracts

Required Observation Conference. The evaluator and employee shall meet for a 38 pre and post conference for each of the required observations. During the pre- 39 conference the evaluator and the employee shall mutually agree on the observation 40 tool to be used during the observation. 41 Employees shall have the opportunity to provide additional information to aid the 42 observer/evaluator in completing the report, and make suggestions for the next 43 observation.
