Requirement to Train. It is recognised that some individuals may not wish to train, however, employees will be required to undertake training for legislative requirements, to be able to perform the inherent requirements of their job or for reasons of safety and business need. All employees must vacate equipment and machinery for the training of others. While another employee is undertaking training on the equipment or machinery the individual who has vacated must be competent to perform another role within the team until the training is completed.
