The SUPPLIER must cover all costs associated with the medical assistance and first aids for its personnel and that of its subcontractors.

ENEL reserves the right to demand, in accordance with local regulation or in its sole discretion and depending on the characteristics of the site, that the SUPPLIER have a medical area available at the working site, guarantee the availability of a 4X4 ambulance and, if necessary, a patient transfer service by helicopter to transport seriously injured people. For these purposes, “generally accepted standards of medical practice” means standards that are based on credible scientific evidence published in peer reviewed medical literature. This published evidence is recognized by the relevant medical community, physician specialty society recommendations and the views of physicians practicing in relevant clinical areas and any other relevant factors.
