CHANGE OF PRICE. 6.1 The Contractor’s prices are based on the price-determining factors at the date at which the offer is made or, absent which, at the date at which the work assigned to the Contractor is performed.
6.2 The Contractor reserves the right each time to adjust the prices of the services to be rendered by it and of the goods to be delivered by it, but not sooner than three months after the conclusion of the Agreement if the other party is a consumer or a person to be equated to a consumer pursuant to Articles 6:235, 236 and 237 of the Dutch Civil Code.
6.3 The Contractor may at all times immediately adjust the prices if a statutory price- determining factor gives rise thereto.
6.4 The prices of the work to be performed by the Contractor are based on an hourly work rate.
6.5 If the Contractor’s work is performed before 7.30 a.m. or after 4 p.m., or on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, the hourly work rates will be increased by a surcharge as specified in the Contractor’s price list.
6.6 Prices related to the renting out and/or provision and/or storage of goods and staff will be charged on the basis of an hourly rate, in which respect the travelling time of goods and staff between the Contractor’s location and the place of the work will be charged on the basis of the hourly rate.
6.7 The Contractor’s price list specifies the prices and rates that apply to the work performed by the Contractor.
CHANGE OF PRICE. The prices and charges for the Products may be adjusted to, and invoiced at, Seller's prices and charges in effect at the time of shipment to Buyer.
CHANGE OF PRICE. Supplier agrees that all prices and charges will be consistent with the Agreement. The prices and charges quoted by Supplier do not include state or federal excise, sales or use taxes (if any). All such taxes in effect or hereafter levied, which are applicable to the order, are in addition to such prices and will be paid by Buyer.
CHANGE OF PRICE. The seller reserves the right, by giving notice to the buyer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the goods to reflect increase in the cost to the seller which is due to any factor beyond the control of the seller (such as foreign exchange fluctuations, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of material or other costs of manufacture) or any change in delivery dates.
CHANGE OF PRICE. 5.2.1. We may increase the price of the package travel if our costs increase due to changes in fuel costs, taxes or charges levied by the state, or due to exchange rates.
5.2.2. The price of the package travel may be increased by an amount equal to the traveller’s share of the cost increase incurred by us. The right to increase the price applies if the total increase in cost exceeds 8 GBP per booking.
5.2.3. In case our costs are reduced, due to any of the reasons stated above, by a total of 8 GBP per booking or more, we must lower the price of the package travel. When making such a price reduction, we are entitled to deduct our actual administrative costs.
5.2.4. We must notify the traveller of any price changes as soon as possible. The notification must specify the reasons for the change and how the price change has been calculated.
5.2.5. The price may not be increased, and does not need to be reduced, during the last 20 days before the date of departure.
5.2.6. If we waive our right to increase the price in accordance with 5.2.1, we are not required to lower the price in accordance with 5.2.3.

CHANGE OF PRICE. During the implementation of the Contract, the above prices may be changed in accordance with the regulations of the Telcos. In this case, Party A will notify in writing to Party B and the time of applying the new charges will be implemented in accordance with the telco’s document. The notice of Party A sent to Party B on the application of new prices is a supplementary document and it changes Contract. This notice takes effect without Party B's confirmation or signing. When required by Party A, Party B cannot provide evidence that the customer has registered to receive information and has not canceled registration to receive information.
