CHANGE OF PRICE. 6.1 The Contractor’s prices are based on the price-determining factors at the date at which the offer is made or, absent which, at the date at which the work assigned to the Contractor is performed.

CHANGE OF PRICE. During the implementation of the Contract, the above prices may be changed in accordance with the regulations of the Telcos. In this case, Party A will notify in writing to Party B and the time of applying the new charges will be implemented in accordance with the telco’s document. The notice of Party A sent to Party B on the application of new prices is a supplementary document and it changes Contract. This notice takes effect without Party B's confirmation or signing. PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF REGULATIONS IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICE Violations in the provision of services When required by Party A, Party B cannot provide evidence that the customer has registered to receive information and has not canceled registration to receive information. Party B sends messages with the content violating the regulations of the network Party B sends messages without notifying Party A of relevant content as specified. Party B sends the content that are not as informed and registered with Party A. Penalties In case Party B violates the above provisions, Party B agrees to pay the following fine: The first violation (from the time of signing the contract): a fine of VND 30 million. CHANGE OF PRICE. Supplier agrees that all prices and charges will be consistent with the Agreement. The prices and charges quoted by Supplier do not include state or federal excise, sales or use taxes (if any). All such taxes in effect or hereafter levied, which are applicable to the order, are in addition to such prices and will be paid by Buyer.
CHANGE OF PRICE. The prices for the Products may be adjusted by the Seller until the date of order. However, the price charged to the Buyer will be the one in effect at the date of the order.
CHANGE OF PRICE the Company reserves the right to change the prices of its Products in the event the cost for such Products increase by more than sixty percent (60%) from the Company’s costs as of the date of this Agreement. However, the Company shall serve upon Distributor written notice of a price increase at least sixty (60) days before such increased prices take effect, and Distributor agrees to purchase Products at such increased price.

Unless specified otherwise in a writing signed by Seller, the prices and charges stated on the face hereof will be adjusted to, and the goods and other items covered by this order will be invoiced at the prices and charges fixed by Seller at the time of shipment under this order, provided that such prices and charges will not exceed the prices and charges appearing on Seller’s applicable price schedule, if any, in effect at the time of each shipment. The prices and charges stated on the face hereof do not include state or federal excise, sales or use taxes (if any).
