To confirm a tournament reservation, we require your deposit and a credit card for security. • Also, we must have a signed agreement to confirm your date. • Tournament fees and food and beverage fees are due on the tournament day. • We do not extend direct billing privileges. CANCELLATION POLICY • More than 60 days in advance – full deposit return. • Less than 45 days in advance – forfeiture of deposit. • Less than 11 days in advance – balance of the tournament charges.
