RESERVATION MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE. 4.1. The reservation is made by the Mobile application. Advance booking is available 15-45 minutes (depending on the selected booking period) until the start of the intended use of the Vehicle. During the initial reservation period of 15 (fifteen) minutes, no fees are charged to the Tenant. Any extension of the reservation after these 15 (fifteen) minutes is paid depending on the selected period for extension of the reservation. To make a reservation, you must complete the following steps 4.1.1. Login to the Mobile Application; 4.1.2. Select the desired Vehicle, indicated in the Mobile Application; 4.1.3. Confirm reservation of the Vehicle. 4.2. Confirmation of the reservation shall be generated on the display of the Lessee’s smartphone. 4.3. In case the Lessee does not start using the Vehicle during 15-45 minutes (depending on the selected reservation period) since the moment of confirmation of reservation, the reservation of the Vehicle shall be automatically cancelled. 4.4. Time period for using the Vehicle, for which the Lessee shall pay the Lease and Services fees, including the insurance related to the respective Vehicle, according to the Lease Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions of the Lease Agreement, shall be calculated from the unlocking of the Vehicle reserved by the Lessee and is accounted in accordance with the procedure and terms indicated in the Price List until the termination of the use of the Vehicle by using the Mobile Application and leaving the Vehicle at the Permitted Location indicated in Sections 5.3.5 and 5.3.6 of these General Terms and Conditions.

In case the Lessee does not start using the Vehicle during 15-45 (depending on the selected reservation period) minutes since the moment of confirmation of reservation, the reservation of the Vehicle shall be automatically cancelled. 4.4. Time period for using the Vehicle, for which the Lessee shall pay the Lease and Services fees, shall be calculated from the unlocking of the Vehicle reserved by the Lessee and is accounted in accordance with the procedure and terms indicated in the Price List until the termination of the lease of the Vehicle by using the Mobile Application and leaving the Vehicle at the location indicated in Sections 5.3.5 and 5.3.6 of these Rules.

It is only possible to reserve the same Vehicle twice without additional cost; starting from the third time, advance reservation is not possible. To perform advance reservation: 5.1.1 Login to the Mobile Application; 5.1.2 Select the desired Vehicle; 5.1.3 Select the tariff and payment method; 5.1.4 Xxxx in the Mobile Application whether the Lessee agrees to start paying the Lease Fee automatically after the reservation time ends; 5.1.5 Confirm reservation of the Vehicle.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Procurement procedures 11.1 The Recipient must secure the best value for money and shall act in a fair, open and non-discriminatory manner in all purchases of goods and services.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
