RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. A credit card is required at the time of booking. A deposit equal to one full night will be required. Reservations canceled less than 72hrs will forfeit the deposit. • Holiday reservations require a one night non-refundable deposit along with a 3-night minimum stay. MEAL All food must be brought in and separated by am and pm feeding a fee of $2.50 per meal will be charged for a pup without food.

The Facility reserves the right to change its fees and charges at any time, at its sole discretion. Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation and promptly notify the Facility of any changes or cancellations. Fees paid to the Facility for a Tournament or Rental are non- refundable and the Facility is not obligated to permit a User to cancel or reschedule any Tournament or Rental. The Facility reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Tournament or Rental due to unforeseen circumstances, events beyond its control, or otherwise within its sole discretion, and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users and offer refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements, as deemed appropriate in the Facility’s discretion.

We respect the time that you have set aside in your busy schedule and we will do our best to keep to that schedule so that you will be done on time. We do ask that if you cannot make your appointment, to please notify us within 48 hours so that we can make arrangements to fill your spot with another patient. A fee will be charges to your account for any cancelled appointments without 48 hour notice. Our fee schedule is as follows: $25 for the first cancellation or no show, $75 for the second, and the full value of the appointment missed for the third. When performing procedures that are two and a half hours and longer, a room reservation is requested when the appointment is scheduled. This is a non-refundable deposit if the appointment is changed or cancelled without 48 hours notice; otherwise, the reservation fee will go towards the total fee for the treatment being performed. The deposit is calculated as 25% of the total visit fee and is rounded to the nearest hundred dollars.

If client does not pick up the rented matters at the established hour and/or for the established period, client is obligated to settle the full rental price.
