RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. A credit card is required at the time of booking. A deposit equal to one full night will be required. Reservations canceled less than 72hrs will forfeit the deposit. • Holiday reservations require a one night non-refundable deposit along with a 3-night minimum stay. All food must be brought in and separated by am and pm feeding a fee of $2.50 per meal will be charged for a pup without food.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. Users may make reservations for Tournaments and Rentals through the Website’s reservation system or at the Facility’s Guest Services, subject to availability. The Facility reserves the right to change its fees and charges at any time, at its sole discretion. Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation and promptly notify the Facility of any changes or cancellations. Fees paid to the Facility for a Tournament or Rental are non- refundable and the Facility is not obligated to permit a User to cancel or reschedule any Tournament or Rental. The Facility reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Tournament or Rental due to unforeseen circumstances, events beyond its control, or otherwise within its sole discretion, and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users and offer refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements, as deemed appropriate in the Facility’s discretion.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. (A) Conference Room Reservations will be charged at the time of reservation for its entirety. In the event of exceeding hours reserved, the Client shall be charged before leaving the premises.
(B) Cancellations must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of reservation. If the Client fails to cancel a reservation, Client shall be charged the full amount of mentioned reservation. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. All applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. All fees and security deposits must be paid with the submittal of the rental application and will not be confirmed until that is done. Applicants wishing to use the Town Hall must submit a written request to the Town Clerk’s Office by completing an application for rental of the Xxxxxx Town Xxxx (page 4).
a) The request shall be submitted to the Clerk’s Office, which will contact the Town Chair and Town Hall Committee Chair for approval. If any of these chairpersons are not available, any other two board members can give approval. The Town Board, Town Chairperson or Town Clerk may re- schedule, limit or otherwise modify any permission for use previously granted as is deemed reasonably necessary to accommodate business of the town or any entity thereof.
b) Cancellations (for any reason) after confirmation must be made at least ten (10) working days (Monday-Friday) prior to the scheduled event. Any cancellation with less than ten days’ notice shall require a forfeiture of ½ of the rental fee.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. 1. The rented matters can be reserved by client beforehand. Upon the reservation, the hour, the period, and the price are established. If client does not pick up the rented matters at the established hour and/or for the established period, client is obligated to settle the full rental price.
2. Without prejudice to the preceding, client has the right to cancel the agreement in writing or to annul the agreement with due regard for the following terms and the amounts to be paid. In case of cancellation/annulment of the rented matters: • up to 100 days before the implementation date: 50% of the principal sum • up to 50 days before the implementation date: 70% of the principal sum • less than 50 days but more than 14 days before the implementation date: 85% of the principal sum • less than 14 days before the implementation date: 100% of the principal sum.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. 6.1. Only definitive (signed by Rare Studios) reservations, entitle the customer to use the rented space on the date and time for which they were booked.
6.2. In the event that the customer cancels a reservation within 14 days before the booked date, Rare Studios will charge 25% of the agreed price. When the customer cancels a reservation within 7 days before the booked date, Rare Studios will charge 50% of the agreed price. When the customer cancels a reservation within 3 days before the booked date, Rare Studios will charge 100% of the agreed price.
6.3. The customer must take into account that they may need any preparation time for their activities. The time slot that is booked by the customer in the rental agreement includes any time required for preparations and completion. The costs of extra hours, including personnel costs, are passed on to the customer.

Cancellations can be made up to one week (7 days) in advance of the reservation period, otherwise a charge of 50% of the rental cost will be applied. An invoice will be sent after the rental period. Full payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. Equipment reservations are strongly recommended but not required. Reservations incur a fifty-dollar ($50) deposit at the time the reservation is made, which deposit will be applied to Equipment rental charges at the time of rental. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled Pick- up/Delivery Date or the deposit will be forfeited.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS. I understand that reservations are required for all services rendered. Cancellations for daycare and non-holiday boarding dates require 24-hour written notice. If no notice is received, a day of daycare off a package or a day's services will be charged to the card on file. For boarding, one boarding night will be charged to card on file. Grooming appointments require 48-hour notice of cancellation in order for the appointment to be rescheduled. I understand that a fee of 40% of the grooming price will be applied to the next visit if I cancel outside of this time. Appointments that arrive 20 minutes after the scheduled start time, may be canceled at the groomer’s discretion and the cancellation fee may apply and the appointment rescheduled to our next available time. After 3 missed appointments, Doginhaus reserves the right to end our client relationship. In addition, this may also apply to dogs who are unmanageable on the table due to anxiety, behavior problems, aggression, or other emotional or physical behaviors that make them a danger to themselves or others in the grooming room at any time.
