Any Teaching Staff Member who is a Member of the Ohio National Guard or any other military entity covered by Section 5923.05, Ohio Revised Code, who is called up to active or field duty shall be entitled to a leave of absence while on such duty with no loss in pay during such period of duty, not to exceed thirty-one
