Common use of Reserve Duty Clause in Contracts

Reserve Duty. The Executive shall continue to receive the salary provided for hereunder during periods of military reserve duty. The Executive hereby assigns and undertakes to pay to the Company any amounts received from the National Insurance Institute as compensation for such reserve duty service.
