Residency Program. Physician shall participate in the Residency Program consistent with the terms of his/her Residency Appointment, applicable standards, guidelines, policies and procedures of CMEF and the Affiliation Agreement between Corporation and CMEF. Nothing in this Agreement will be interpreted to place Physician in a conflict between his/her obligations as a Resident Physician and his/her obligations as an employee of Corporation.

Residency Program. The Hospital agrees to provide an educational program that is approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education and ensure that the Residency is in compliance with the ACGME Institutional, Common Program, and Specialty Specific Requirements of Family Medicine. Employee agrees to fulfill the educational requirements of the graduate training program, and accepts the obligation to use his/her efforts to provide safe, effective and compassionate patient care as assigned in accordance with ACGME, the policies, rules and regulations of the Hospital and the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff. Employee agrees to comply with all laws, regulations and standards to which the Hospital and the medical community at large is subject. The Hospital will provide in a timely fashion documentation of individual Resident's training experience as it relates to patient procedures performed and diagnoses treated. An extended residency option may be approved by the Program Director on a case-by- case basis.

Residency Program. A residency program provides a voluntary step between student teaching and full-time teaching. Newly licensed teachers who have already completed their student teaching apply and are selected as residents. Supported by the Austin Education Association, Austin Public Schools, and the Minnesota Board of Teaching in collaboration with teacher educational institutions, it provides a high quality, intensive, on-site induction process.
