Regular Salary. The portion of a Member’s actual salary paid for their normal workload for the year (whether full-time or part-time), not including administrative stipends or overload payments. An appointment type which may or may not be renewed. The Senate of Queen's University at Kingston, as constituted by the Royal Charter of 1841 as amended from time to time. Regular Salary. 1. All employees regardless of field or level taught will be placed on the employee’s salary schedule (Appendices 7 & 8).
Regular Salary. 35.01.01 Regular Salary is the annual salary rate of a member engaged in full-time employment with the University excluding any stipends and/or payments for overload teaching or in the case of a librarian for overtime work. The salary of a member employed on a full-time basis for less than an academic year shall be pro-rated on the basis of his/her Regular Salary. The salary of a member who is on leave pursuant to Article 37 shall be pro-rated on the basis of his/her Regular Salary.
35.01.02 Regular Salaries shall be adjusted annually, and the adjusted salaries shall take effect as of July 1st or as otherwise indicated. Salary adjustments for individual members shall include some or all of the following components:
(A) a scale increment;
(B) a career development increment;
(C) a merit increment; and,
(D) an anomaly adjustment.
35.01.03 The scale increment shall be the minimum percentage increase applied to the salary floor and ceiling of each faculty and librarian rank and to the Regular Salaries of all members within the rank.
Regular Salary. The Participant’s gross income paid by the Plan Sponsor during the Taxable Year as reportable on Internal Revenue Service Form W-2, including amounts excludible from gross income that are contributed by the Participant on a pre-tax basis to a salary reduction retirement or welfare plan (including amounts contributed to this Plan), but excluding Commissions, bonuses, Performance-Based Compensation, director fees, or any other irregular payments.
Regular Salary. Using the present index, the BA-0 base salary shall be as follows (See Appendix A): For the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and 2021-2022 school years, 3% increase of BA-0 The salary schedule shall include columns for Non-Degree, BA, 150 Hours, MA, and MA +15 Hours, and MA +30 Hours. Teachers hired (new to the district) for the 2001-2002 school year and each school year thereafter shall receive full service credit for his/her years of experience for the purpose of salary schedule placement. Any teachers hired prior to the 2001-2002 school year that were not given full service credit for his/her years of experience will be granted up to (2) two years of additional service credit for the purpose of salary schedule placement, effective for the 2004-2005 school year and thereafter. Documentation of service credit and educational training shall be submitted to the Treasurer by September 30. Adjustments to salary schedule placements will be made by October 30. New hires shall be placed no lower than Step 2 of the Salary Schedule and shall remain at Step 2 until the teacher’s actual years of service reach or exceed Step 3.
Regular Salary. 3.9.1 For the purposes of calculating wages, fee-based, non-FTES-generating classes and not-for-credit contract classes are excluded from this section of the agreement.
3.9.2 Placement of all faculty will be determined by Class (column) and Step as described below: Class I: AA + 6 years occupational experience; and BA + 2 years of occupational experience.
Regular Salary. The salary of an employee as stated in the appropriate schedule and step. All activities involved with the creation of the schedule of classes. An individual whose primary purpose is educational training, including graduate assistants or associates, residents, interns or other students working as part-time public employees less than fifty percent of the normal year. Any “supervisor” as defined in ORC 4117.01.
Regular Salary. 1. For the life of this contract 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, employees shall receive a 6% increase for year 2017-2018, 0% for year 2018-2019, and 0% for year 2019-2020 on the previous year’s salary.

3. All Classified employees shall be compensated at the rate of 1 ½ times their regular hourly rate for all time worked beyond 40 hours per week.
4. The regular work day for a full-time custodian shall be limited to eight hours per day including a 30-minute lunchtime.
5. All employee lunch breaks will be taken in the middle of their assigned shift.
6. For the purpose of computing overtime pay, holidays listed in the contract shall be counted as days and hours worked.
Regular Salary. 1. The BA-0 base salary shall be Thirty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty- Four Dollars ($39,384) (2.0% increase) for the 2019-2020 school year. For the 2020-2021 school year, the BA-0 base salary shall be Forty Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars ($40,172) (2.0% increase). For the 2021-2022 school year, the BA-0 salary shall be Forty Thousand One Hundred Seventy- Two Dollars ($40,172) (0% increase). There will be a one-time payment of $1,500 in the first year of the contract, a one-time payment of $1,500 in the second year of the contract, and a one-time payment of $3,000 in the third year of the contract.
Regular Salary. Subject to Section 2 hereof, Employee shall be entitled to receive a regular salary during the Employment Period at a rate equal to the Base Rate (as hereinafter defined), payable in accordance with the normal custom of the Company for its other executive employees. As used herein, "Base Rate" shall mean an amount of compensation as determined by the Board of Directors from time to time, which shall be reviewed at least annually, but shall be at least $200,000 per year.
