Common use of Resident Educator Program Clause in Contracts

Resident Educator Program. The Resident Educator Program for beginning teachers licensed after January 1, 2011, is for the purpose of providing educators with coaching, mentoring and guidance that are critical to improving their skills and knowledge and student achievement. The Resident Educator Program will be a Program administered and funded by the Board. This program shall be separate from and shall not replace the negotiated employee evaluation system.
