Resolution of Employee Dismissal Disputes. ‌ Within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of the occurrence of the dismissal, a written grievance shall be presented to the Administrator or a designated representative. The grievance form shall contain the details of the dispute and will be signed by the grievor. The dispute shall then be resolved through the procedures outlined in Stage 3 of Article 7.03 – Resolution of Differences.
