Response Team. (1) A Response Team will be assigned to take further action. The team will consist of (1) the Senior Pastor/Head of Staff or Executive Associate Pastor, (2) the Director of Human Resources, (3) at least two members of Session appointed by the Senior Pastor/Head of Staff or Executive Associate Pastor, (4) legal counsel, and (5) others as deemed appropriate (for example, mental health professional).

Response Team. HealthChannel will at all times during the Term, and any Renewal Term(s), and at HealthChannel's sole cost and expense, maintain, on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week basis, a contact person responsible for monitoring the Co-Branded Site. The contact person will be available to EarthLink on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week basis by phone and email for consultation on Service Interruption issues and to assist in the restoration of service following a Service Interruption. HealthChannel will provide EarthLink with the names and phone numbers and email addresses of its contact person, and ensure that any changes to the contact information is provided to EarthLink.
Response Team. RGH and the Union support the proposition that an industry best practice, Hospital-wide Rapid Response Team is an important component to address critical and/or unstable patient care needs. Accordingly, RGH agrees to form a 24/7 Rapid Response Team to replace or restructure the ENIT by June 2024. Among other attributes that may be established by the parties, RGH and RUNAP envision a Hospital-Wide Rapid Response Team with members whose primary duties do not involve patient assignment to ensure hospital-wide rapid response coverage by Team members.

Response Team. INS shall maintain or contract with an adequate number of claims personnel to respond to a catastrophe and shall file a Catastrophe Response Plan with the Company within ten (10) days of the full execution of this Agreement and thereafter by July 1 of each year during the term hereof. INS shall make such changes to the Catastrophe Response Plan as the Company may reasonably request, and INS shall implement such changes in a timely manner. The Company acknowledges that INS may subcontract with an independent contractor to perform all or part of the Catastrophe Response Plan, subject to the requirements of this Agreement.

The JPT will report to the JSC and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the conduct of the Development Plans including any non-material changes to the Development Plans, overseeing the conduct of experiments and reviewing data resulting from such experiments as set forth in the Development Plans, proposing amendments to the Development Plans, proposing new Development Plans to the JSC for new Collaboration Programs for JSC approval, discussing potential Lead Candidates and Development Candidates for proposal to the JSC. All decisions of the JPT on matters for which it has responsibility shall be made unanimously. In the event that the JPT is unable to reach a unanimous decision within ten (10) Business Days after it has met and attempted to reach such decision, then either Party may, by written notice to the other, have such issue submitted to the JSC for resolution in accordance with Section 4.5. Each Party will bear all expenses it incurs in regard to participating in all meetings of the JPT, including all travel and living expenses. Each JPT shall automatically cease to exist on completion of the relevant Collaboration Programs that it supports and exercise or expiry of all Collaboration Program Options applicable to such Collaboration Programs.

  • Review of Decision Within sixty (60) days after the Secretary’s receipt of a request for review, he or she will review the Company’s determination. After considering all materials presented by the Claimant, the Secretary will render a written opinion, written in a manner calculated to be understood by the Claimant, setting forth the specific reasons for the decision and containing specific references to the pertinent provisions of this Agreement on which the decision is based. If special circumstances require that the sixty (60) day time period be extended, the Secretary will so notify the Claimant and will render the decision as soon as possible, but no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after receipt of the request for review.

  • Project Leaders Within [**] Business Days after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint (and provide written notice to the other Party of the identity of) a senior representative having a general understanding of biopharmaceutical discovery and development issues to act as its project leader under this Agreement (each, a “Project Leader”).
