Responsibility of Association. Except as specifically provided to the contrary herein (e.g., a Limited Common Element with respect to which an Owner has exclusive access and use), the Association will maintain, and repair and replace as necessary, the Common Elements and Storm Water Management System in first class condition in accordance with proper maintenance procedures applicable thereto and will enforce all warranties with respect thereto. Except as otherwise provided herein, the cost of such will be charged to the Owners as a Common Expense. A Limited Common Element with respect to which an Owner has exclusive access and use shall be maintained pursuant to Section 8.3 below by such Owner.

Responsibility of Association. In the event any employee or group of employees violates this Article of the Agreement, it shall be the responsibility of the Association, its employees and stewards to immediately order all employees to cease any and all such activities and to immediately return to normal work.
