Rest Break during Overtime. (a) An Employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the Employer’s premises and who is required to work for more than four hours, will be allowed 20 minutes for the partaking of a meal and a further 20 minutes after each subsequent four hours overtime; all such time will be counted as time worked. (b) The meals referred to in clause 27.6(a) will be allowed to the Employee free of charge.
