RETIREE SUBSTITUTE PAY. Members who retire during or following the 2009/2010 school year, who have 8 years or more of service, who subsequently substitute for a District employee in the same classification from which they retired will be paid a 20% premium over the Board approved substitute rate. When an assignment exceeds 5 days, the premium will increase to 30%.
