Return from Jury Service Sample Clauses

Return from Jury Service. Upon returning from jury service, the employee shall submit the completed Certification of Jury Service to his/her department which will account for all regularly assigned workdays during which the employee was on jury duty. Regularly assigned workdays on which the employee did not report for work or for jury service may not be paid unless covered by sick leave, vacation time, or accumulated overtime, as they would for a normal absence.
