Common use of Return to Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Return to Bargaining Unit. Any employee transferring out of the bargaining unit but remaining in the employ of the Employer shall retain his/her seniority rights, with no accumulation of seniority during the period of such employment out of the bargaining unit.
