Reversal, vacation, or pardon. A person’s obligation to register termi- nates if the person’s conviction, finding of not guilty by reason of insanity, or finding that the person is a sexual psy- chopath is reversed or vacated, or if the person has been pardoned for the offense on the ground of innocence, and the person has committed no other of- fenses for which registration is re- quired.

  • Recall from Vacation The Employer will make every reasonable effort not to recall an Employee to duty after she has proceeded on vacation leave or to cancel vacation once it has been approved.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.

  • Recall from Vacation Leave Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, such employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that such employee incurs:
