Reversion of Employees to Full time. (a) A part-time Employee who was previously a full-time Employee and who desires to revert to full-time employment will be required to seek promotion or transfer to a full-time position by: applying for advertised vacancies; and/or written notification to the Employer of his or her desire to revert to full-time employment.

  • SEPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT (a) If an employee is discharged by the Employer, he shall be paid in full for all monies owing to him by the Employer on the date of his discharge.

Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff.
