Review of Personnel File. An employee may review his personnel file, except 34 confidential information (e.g., pre-employment reports, medical reports labeled confidential, 35 etc.). An employee may add memoranda to the file clarifying any documents contained in the 36 file and may have a representative of the Union present when reviewing his file.
